Our primary focus is on modernizing and integrating technology into your home or business. To kickstart the process, we'll arrange an onsite meeting with you at no charge to walk through and delve into your project requirements. Within 2-3 days following our discussion, we'll furnish you with a detailed estimate that includes project schedule and payment terms. Once the estimate meets your approval, we'll seamlessly transition to the next phase.

Modteck will arrange a follow-up meeting with the client to review and finalize the design. A deposit will be required before moving to the implementation phase.

After permits are secured, Modteck will initiate work on the project, ensuring to keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process. The remaining balance of the payment will be due upon project completion and customer's final approval.
