At  Modteck, transparency is key to us. We're dedicated to providing clear insights into both the total cost and the array of services we offer.  To kickstart the process, we'll arrange an onsite meeting with you at no charge to discuss your project requirements. Within 2-3 days following our discussion, we'll furnish you with a detailed estimate that includes project schedule and payment terms. Once the estimate meets your approval, we'll seamlessly transition to the next phase.

Modteck will arrange a follow-up meeting with the client to review and finalize the design. A deposit will be required before moving to the implementation phase.

Modteck will initiate work on the project after permits are secured, ensuring to keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process. The remaining balance of the payment will be due upon project completion and customer's final approval.
