Once the estimate meets your approval, we'll seamlessly transition to the next phase.
Modteck will arrange a follow-up meeting with client to finalize design, to sign contract, and to collect deposit.
Modteck will initiate work on the project after permits are secured ensuring to keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process. The balance of the payment will be due after project completion and customer's final approval.
